Eloise Wellings in school presentations
‘An Olympian’s Guide to Positive Psychology’ - mindset presentations for Schools
2 x Olympian Eloise Wellings has partnered with psychology practitioner and mental skills coach Rory Darkins to empower the next generation to go after their dreams and be all that they can be. Together they have developed a presentation called ‘An Olympian’s Guide to Positive Psychology’ that they have delivered to over 10,000 students to date.
Eloise and Rory have just resumed taking bookings to deliver their presentation now that restrictions are easing and everyone can make plans with more safety and certainty. In the current climate where students are experiencing increased anxiety, particularly around their futures, it is now more important than ever to equip students with the practical mental skills of resilience and optimism that enable them to move forwards with a renewed sense of purpose, clarity and hope.

Eloise Wellings is a 2 x Olympic athlete and co-founder of the Love Mercy Foundation. Eloise holds the record for the fastest 10,000m by an Australian woman at an Olympics Games. But Eloise's career has been anything but plain sailing. Injuries forced her out of the first three consecutive Olympic games she had been selected for. Eloise has bounced back from a total of 11 stress fractures in her career — each one teaching her important lessons in resilience, perseverance and the power of the mind. Rory has presented at global positive psychology conferences including the World Congress on Positive Psychology and is co-founder of award winning psychology app start-up, What's Right AI.
