After the resounding success of the 2022 Stand Tall Tamworth event - a part of our Dream Again Regional Tour - there has been an overwhelming demand from teachers and students for Stand Tall to return to Tamworth in 2023, carrying a message of hope. Our team are excited to be returning to Tamworth on 17 November 2023 for a full day event for high school students, which will be followed by an evening designed for Parents, Teachers and the Community.
As the youth of today face extraordinary challenges during times of uncertainty and crisis, Stand Tall brings the hope students need to sustain them and ensure their mental wellbeing for the future.
Stand Tall builds hope, inspiration, a sense of value, connectedness and belonging and helps address mental health issues in young people, including those who slip under the radar and haven’t verbalised their struggles to teachers or parents. We want to provide you with an insight into what your students will experience at the Stand Tall Event which we hope will provide opportunity to open up important conversations with them and support them after they have experienced an amazing and inspirational day.
