It is registered on the Australian Charities and Not-for profit Commission (ACNC), complying with the governance standards of this commission. The Standards require charities to remain charitable, operate lawfully, and be run in an accountable and responsible way. Corporate Governance is the responsibility of the volunteer Stand Tall Board, members of which represent diverse backgrounds in business, sports, media and charity organisations.
