Frequently Asked Questions about the live Stand Tall event
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before the event will incur a loss of 25% deposit. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will incur a loss of 50% of the total fee. To cancel a booking or make any amendments, a formal email must be submitted. Cancellations within 15 days of the event will incur a loss of 100% of the total fee.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes, Stand Tall is a charity, and we receive donations from the public to ensure no student misses out on this life changing event. Please contact Jeanine on 0438 273 263 to request discount support for tickets.
Do teachers have to pay to attend?
No there is no charge for teachers. We ask that you provide a minimum of 1 teacher per 20 students.

When is the cut off for payment of tickets?
If a school books any time from June - October for the following Stand Tall Event, deposits are due in November of that year, with full payment due March. If a school books between November - December, deposit due mid Feb the following year. If a school books January onwards, they are required to pay full amount only, no deposit, in March of that year. Additional tickets can be purchased at any time subject to availability. Payment can be made on receipt of tax invoice.
